Hi Y’all!
It’s been a damp, rainy autumn. When weather impedes hiking and other outdoor activities, we take advantage of the moments we have…sometimes running between the showers…literally.
When you’re a senior, whether pawed or footed, you need to do all you can to keep your muscles strong!
Y’all come on back!
Today I’m joining Slim Doggy, Emma from MyGBGV Life and To Dog With Love in Fit Dog Friday blog hop!

We have been having the same weather. It was really welcome a few weeks ago after three months of zero rain. Now, it is getting kind of old. Haha!
